Raghu has had a distinguished career, leading major initiatives in top companies worldwide. As the MD & Group Head of IA at Keppel, a major conglomerate in Singapore, he oversaw 6 listed and over 500 unlisted companies. Here he led the Darwin restructuring for Group IA for strong governance outcomes.

At TATA Consumer, a leading company in FMCG, B2B, Retail & eCommerce, Raghu transformed the Internal Audit function into a key enabler for enhancing processes, managing mid-to-long term risks, digital and business transformation.

His role as Head of Internal Audit Services at JAPFA Ltd, an agri-food heavyweight listed on the Singapore stock exchange with revenues over USD 4 billion, underscored his strategic impact.

Previously, at Danone, Raghu developed the Global Internal Audit COE across 50 countries in the food, beverages, and pharmaceutical sectors, later becoming the CFO & Business Co-pilot for Danone’s Nutrition operations in Singapore.

Raghu also played a critical role at Delphi/Aptiv, the largest EV supplier globally, as the Asia Pacific Deputy Audit Head. Here, he developed the audit team and led significant projects during the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, including setting up a Global Finance Shared Services Center.

Raghu has extensive experience in restructuring, strategic transformation, divestments, and value creation initiatives across global organizations including Delphi, Danone, and Tata Consumer Products, bringing a strong M&A and transaction advisory perspective to complex business situations.

His broad experience and leadership in internal audit, advisory, digital, enterprise risk, and business domains have established him as a respected thought leader in these fields. Raghu has received several recognitions and a regular speaker in international conferences.

He resides in Singapore but frequently travels across markets for client engagements.
